General Terms
- Orders from any country are welcome.
- All prices are in € = EUR.
- Delivery is at your risk because of missing CITES or phytosanitary papers (organisatorical reasons), if you would prefer to receive CITES and the phytosanitary papers its possible for an extra fee of € 130,00.
- The plants are delivered without pot and substrate!
- The normal delivery time is max, three weeks but in spring it could be more.
- No substitutes unless requested except for smaller plants of the same number if sold out.
- Each delivery goes at your risk.
- New Customers: If the plants is not payed within 21 days (from day of invoice) the order will be canceled.
- No delivery trough extreme wheatear conditions (Freezing and extreme heat).
Costs, Payment
- Postage depends on weight and destination country.
- Delivery will be done after receiving the payment.
- Paying options : Paypal.
Vat
- Payment outside the Netherlands is 5% extra for paypal costs.
- VAT in the Netherlands is 6%.
- Prices displayed is without VAT!
